  • Beginning weigh-in (choose one):

    • In-person: 10 minutes before/after Bootcamp Mon 15 & Tue 16 Dec

    • At home: submit photo by Tue 16 Dec, 11:59pm with the codeword visible (emailed Sun 14 Dec)

  • Ending weigh-in (choose one):

    • In-person: 10 minutes before/after Bootcamp Mon 12 & Tue 13 Jan 2026

    • At home: submit by Tue 13 Jan 2026, 11:59pm with the final codeword visible

Final weigh-in must use the same scales and method as your start.

Prize pot

All entrants who maintain within ±0.5% go in the draw.
Prize split: 1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20% of the cash prize pot.

Example: 10 entries × $35 = $350 total
Admin $5 × 10 = $50 → Prize pot $300
Payouts: 1st $150, 2nd $90, 3rd $60

How it works (4 steps)

  1. Join and get your starter email (codeword, instructions, resources).

  2. Weigh in (Mon–Tue 15–16 Dec, in-person or at home).

  3. Follow the Holiday Habit 4: Move • Protein • Water • Bed (use the tracker + quick workouts).

  4. Final weigh in (Mon–Tue 12–13 Jan). If you’re within ±0.5%, you’re in the draw.

What does ±0.5% look like?

  • Start 80.4 kg → tolerance ±0.402 kg → “maintained” up to 80.8 kg (rounded)

  • Start 50.0 kg → tolerance ±0.250 kg → “maintained” up to 50.25 kg

Lose weight? You still qualify—just remember the goal is maintenance, not dieting.

Do I have to attend Bootcamp to join?
No—home weigh-ins are fine. You’ll still get all resources and prize eligibility.

How do home weigh-ins work?
We email you a codeword. Take a clear photo of your scale with the codeword visible and submit by the deadline. Use the same scales for start and finish.

Can I enjoy drinks and travel?
Yes. Use the water-match rule (one glass water per drink), the Drinks e-book swaps, and the 10–20 minute workouts.

Refunds?
Entry fees are non-refundable after entry.
