0.5% Tolerance Examples:
A person weighing in at 80.4kg has a 402g tolerance – they can fluctuate up to 402g above their starting weight ie: 80.8kg (Rounded) – this is to allow for general fluctuations that can occur in bodyweight rather than an increase in actual bodyfat.
A person weighing in at 50kg has a 250g tolerance and can fluctuate up to 50.25kg.
If you loose weight then you are in the prize draw but remember this is not the aim of the challenge. Use this as a period of time where you attempt to actively maintain your bodyweight so that your body has a chance to reduce the stress that can take it’s toll from actively trying to loose weight over a long period of time.
